  • Can I buy locally? That is dependent on where you are located, majority of our stockists are from SW England but to get an up to date list follow our social media accounts.
  • Do you ship out of the UK? Unfortunately we don’t at the moment as it’s too expensive for shipping but that may change in the near future.
  • What is the difference between Eco Balm skincare and Eco Balm Grapefruit butter? Apart from the amazing smells, the Grapefruit butter was created as a replacement for petroleum jelly, so is a lighter version of the skincare, it has less essential oils, so it’s not as hydrating for skincare problems, but it’s great for an everyday moisturiser.
  • Can I buy wholesale? Yes of course, we have several deals for stockists with 20-25% profit to made on packs. Give us an email to chat in more detail to tailor a pack to you.
  • I have lumpy bits in my Eco Balm? This is because of the way we process our products, to enable you guys get the most out of our raw unrefined Shea butter, we whip it instead of adding heat which maintains a lot of those amazing nutrients, this in turn means you find the odd little lump in your final product, all it is is that amazing unrefined raw Ghanan Shea butter, just run it between your fingers and it’s good to go!
  • Is Eco Balm Skincare good for dry skin? Yes, it’s perfect for dry skin areas, just add a thin layer 2-3 times daily and your skin will be moisturised perfectly, it’s also great for dermatitis, eczema and dermatitis*. (everyone’s skin is different so results may vary.)
  • Are you on social media? Yes we are on Facebook and Instagram.
  • How long is delivery?  We aim to deliver within 48-72 hours but do allow 5 working days.
